At the age of 18, I faced a difficult challenge with a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. The unwavering love and support from friends and family, coupled with the exceptional care provided by the nurses and doctors at CDH, played a pivotal role in my triumphant battle against the illness. This experience has fueled my desire to give back through my design skills. My goal is to contribute to the incredible work of the pediatric team that played a crucial role in my recovery, extending my commitment to making a positive impact. The prospect of bringing smiles to the faces of children through thoughtful and engaging design projects is a cause that resonates deeply with me.

I am inspired by the impactful work of healthcare professionals, and I aspire to use my design expertise to make a positive difference. In addition to supporting the pediatric team, I also aim to utilize my skills to assist friends and family who have been pillars of strength throughout my journey.
